The new owners of Gleneagles, Ennismore, commissioned Brave New World as the lead creative agency to help re-build the iconic brand. BNW devised the strategy of a 'Glorious Playground' as the central theme for the revival.
The agency created a new core identity, art direction & photography, a new website, in-room collateral, names and identities for the restaurants and bars, marketing materials and a new magazine, The Gleneagle.
A Digital World
Brave New World designed and built a new site for Gleneagles which is unrivalled in the hotel world in terms of ease of use, creating a rich user experience.
Brave New World simplified the existing Gleneagles logo to make it feel more modern and iconic. We also created new logos for every pursuit on the estate from horse riding and off-road driving to shooting and falconry.
Brave New World commissioned Timorous Beasties to create a unique illustration for the estate: a thistle entwined with feathers.
Art Direction & Photography
Brave New World worked with Adam Whitehead on a series of lifestyle shots and film, and with James Merrell on the interiors photography.
We created a brochure presented to all guests on arrival at Gleneagles, introducing them to the activities on offer around the estate.
Restaurant & Bar Brands
Brave New World was asked to develop the name, creative concept and brand for five restaurants and bars on the Gleneagles estate.
